Q: What benefits and coverage value do I get from insurance?

A: Personal Accident
The type of coverage is in the form of compensation if the Goto Partner is deceased or suffers total/partial permanent disability caused by an accident.

Damage to Personal Property
Types of coverage in the form of compensation for losses due to accidents are limited to cell phones, jackets, helmets, shoes, and pants.

Q: Who is covered by the insurance policy?

A: Drivers who are registered and active on GoRide, GoSend, GoShop, GoMart and GoFood.

Q: How do I file a claim?

A : Claims using the reimbursement method can be made through the claim portal:

  • Open the Claim Portal polis.prodiginow.com

  • Explain the chronology and value of the claim submitted and attach documents related to the claim

  • Insurance will carry out an evaluation after all documents completed

  • Payment of claims will be made within a maximum of 14 working days since the claim documents are complete

Q: What documents are needed to submit a claim?

A : General Documents :

  • Date of incident

  • Location of the incident

  • Chronological details of accidents/incidents

  • ID Card (KTP)

  • Active Driver's License (SIM)

  • Screenshots of Active Orders / Proof of Partners registered at GoTo

  • Amount of proposed loss (IDR)

  • Bank account data: Account owner's name, account number, bank name, bank branch

Non-death Personal Accident Insurance Documents/Non-Alternative Medical Expenses:

  • Original receipt of medical expenses to the doctor

  • Certificate of examination (visum) (if there is a physical disability)

Documents of Personal Accident Insurance deceased:

  • Visum et repertum (the result of medical post-mortem on his death)

  • Certificate of Death from local authorities

Document Alternative Medical Costs:

  • Original receipt of medical expenses

  • Photo at the time of treatment

  • Photo of Valid License/Certificate of the practitioner from the RI Ministry of Health

Personal Property Documents:

  • Photo Evidence of Damage

  • Invoice Replacement / Repair of Goods

Q : Is there a deadline for filing a claim?

A : The deadline for submitting/reporting claims is a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the accident/incident.

Q : How long does it take to process a claim?

A : The claim submission and payment process will be carried out within a maximum of 14 working days, processed since the claim document is complete.

Q : Exclusion of Insurance Claims?

A : The following claims are excluded:

  • Does not guarantee death due to illness or natural causes

  • Does not guarantee death from a heart attack

  • Does not guarantee accidental kidnapping and ransom

  • Does not guarantee infectious disease

  • Does not guarantee racing results

  • Refer to the Personal Accident Insurance policy
