Terms and Conditions
A. Definition
“You” means every visitor, user, and customer of PRODIGI
“We” or “us” means PRODIGI or PT. Proteksi Digital Pialang Asuransi.
“Insurance Company” means the provider of various Insurance products for You.
”Policy” or ”Insurance Policy” means proof of a written agreement between the insurance participant and the insurance company containing clauses, premiums, benefits, exclusions, and information regarding the insurance product You have applied
“Free Look Period” awaiting period given by the Insurance Company for You to learn about the Insurance Policy details that you have just bought.
B. Refund Policy
Payment Method: Payment must be made via the payment method provided by PRODIGI and the payment recipient is PT. Proteksi Digital Pialang Asuransi as the official name of PRODIGI.
Receipt of Payment: We are not responsible for refunding payments made to recipients other than PT. Proteksi Digital Pialang Asuransi.
Insurance Approval: Payments that have been made, are not a guarantee that the Insurance Company has approved the policy. Confirmed Payment will be forwarded to the Insurance Company for approval by the Insurance Company.
Premium Refunds by Insurance: if your application is rejected by the Insurance Company, we will refund the premium paid to us.
Premium Refunds by You: If you submit a refund, the refund decision is from the Insurance Company. All refund calculations will follow the terms and conditions of the Insurance Company.
Insurance companies may have several clauses depending on the insurance product such as:
A full refund of the premium if it is still within the Free Look Period.
Pro-rate premium based on policy activation period.
No premium refunds.
If there is a cancellation fee, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and will be communicated to you during the policy cancellation.
Note: The specific refund policy will be listed on every product
Other Fee Refund: Discounts, Promotions, Bank fees, and Other administration fees are non-refundable.
Refund Time: Refund SLA depends on the payment method you choose. You will experience different processing times based on the refund method.
