Personal Accident Insurance gives protection upon unexpected accidents and helps alleviate the risk of death, permanent or partial disability, medical expenses and or health-related consequences arising from an accident.

An accident refers to any sudden, unforeseen occurrence which happens external to the body and can cause various injuries based on Medical Science.

CHOICE OF COVERAGE

Coverage A : Risk of Death due to Accident

A compensation is provided for the heirs if the policyholder suffers from a physical injury due to an accident insured that causes death. The amount of the compensation is equal to the sum insured.

Coverage B (Optional) : Risk of Permanent Disability due to Accident

A compensation is provided if the policyholder suffers from a physical injury due to an accident insured that causes total or partial permanent disability. The amount of the compensation is a percentage of the sum insured according to the table in the policy with a maximum of the sum insured.

Coverage D : Hospitalization or Medical Expenses due to Accident

Reimbursement for hospitalization or medical expenses as a result of the accident insured will be provided for the policyholder.
