• Explosions

• Aircraft crashes (impact of falling aircraft)

• Smoke

Ones who can buy fire insurance are :

• Individuals or companies who own residential buildings, offices, shops, hospitals, hotels, factories, warehouses and other buildings

• Banks that provide home or property loan.
